Perseverance in Middle of Pain

Ever experienced depression? According to the Psychiatry.org link:  https://www.psychiatry.org/patients-families/depression/what-is-depression  this state can affect 1 in 15 adults and it is most common in women. **Disclaimer: I am not a physician and this blog is not to give any medical and/or depression-medical advise. It is all purely based on personal experience and my own battle and testimony of how I battled my depression. My dear debs, Jesus warned us about trouble and He said affliction  will come to all of us (John 16:33)... regardless of how much status , accomplishments, friends, influence and possessions we are able to acquire. If you have experienced or currently find yourself in the season of life where you feel in a deep sense of pain, where as a friend of mine once described with tears in her eyes, "placing one foot in front of the other in itself is a struggle", -allow me to say you are not alone.
